What are OER?
According to the OER Glossary, Open Educational Resources are:
Teaching and learning materials that are freely available online for everyone to use, whether you are an instructor, student, or self-learner.
- Aims to reduce costs for college students by establishing an incentive program to reward campus, staff, and faculty efforts to accelerate the adoption of open educational resources.
- Supported by the California OER Council
